Cheesy Elote Dip

2 cans corn, drained
1 block cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cotija
1 jar queso, I used on the border
2 cups mozzarella, shredded
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp tajin
tortilla chips for serving
Get ingredients with
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a large bowl, BUT reserve 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese for later. Mix to combine.
Step 2
Set oven to 350 degrees.
Step 3
Pour the dip into a baking dish, top it off with the remaining cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is perfectly melted.
Step 4
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
