Ensalada de Coditos (Pasta Salad)

½ package elbows pasta
7 slices ham
½ cup colby jack cheese (grated or diced)
3 celery sticks
1 can corn
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tbs fresco sauce (spicy mustard)

Step 1
Boil elbow pasta in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool for at least 20 minutes in the fridge.
Step 2
While the pasta cools. Chop up the ham, cheese & celery.
Step 3
Once the pasta is cooled, mix together with the ham, cheese, celery, corn.
½ package elbows pasta (cooked)
7 slices ham (chopped)
3 celery sticks (chopped)
Step 4
Add the mayo, mustard & mix until well combined.
Step 5
Serve with your favorite sides!
