2 cups ciabatta bread, cubed
olive oil
1 cup mayonnaise
1 lemon
2 clove garlic, grated
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp anchovy paste
4 roma tomato
½ red onion
parmesan cheese
bacon, crumbled

Toast ciabatta in oven at 350F for 10-12 minutes.

Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, anchovy paste to a bowl to make dressing. Mix.
Step 3
Season tomatoes and red onion with salt and olive oil.
Step 4
Mix tomatoes and red onions with bread. Plate with dressing, parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon (optional). Enjoy!
