1 tbsp paprika

2 russet potatoes

Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil and preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Rinse the potatoes since we are not pealing them. Cut them in half lengthwise, then in half lengthwise a second time, at this point you'll have 4 wedges. You can keep them this big, or cut each potato wedge again lengthwise to get you 8 total wedges.

Step 3
Boil the potato wedges for 6-8 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
Step 4
Coat the potato wedges in oil, then toss them in the seasonings.
Step 5
Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, making sure both sides get brown and crispy.
Step 6
Serve with steak bites, top with fresh cilantro and enjoy.
Step 1
Get a skillet nice and hot with 1 tbsp oil on medium high heat.

Cut the steak into roughly 1 inch cubes.

Season the steak all over with the garlic pepper seasoning and salt to taste.

Step 4
Add the steak bites to the hot pan in a single layer. Cook undisturbed for about 1 minute, you want the bottom side to get a nice crust. After the one minute, turn the bites around and cook them for another minute.
Step 5
After 2-3 minutes, freely toss the steak bites around for another minute.
Step 6
Turn down the heat to a medium, toss in the butter and smashed garlic cloves, baste the steak bites for 1-2 minutes.
