In a dry skillet or grill, char up all the veggies for 5-7 minutes. For the last minute or two, add in the garlic.

To make the salsa in your molcajete, start with the garlic & salt, mash it up, then continue with the onion, then the peppers, then the tomatoes.

Ps. If you don’t have a molcajete, just add all ingredients to a blender or food processor & blend only slightly, so you’ll still have a chunkier consistency.
